Busy. Tired. Stressed. Does any of these words apply to you? In this workshop, we will tackle topics that will enable you to study and work more consciously and more effectively in a healthy way. We will introduce you to what mindfulness is and practice one or two mediation session. We will also help you get insight in your energy sources and stress factors so you can deal with stress more effectively. Finally we will share some tips to study more efficiently in the future.
