As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz , we are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated Scrum Master for a temporary assignment of 1 year, with high probability of extension. The candidate is a certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSMI) with a technical degree, practical Git experience, and a strong willingness to write thorough documentation for highly regulated environments like medical devices. While experience with C++, containerization, or event-driven architectures is a great bonus, this role requires an eagerness to engage with physical hardware and low-level systems rather than pure web, UI, or cloud-native development. Tasks & Responsibilities Roche is looking for a Scrum Master to join the PCR Hardware Abstraction team as part of an Agile Release Train (ART) following SAFe, developing C++ based real-time control software that drives the mechatronics, thermal, fluidic, and optical subsystems of their in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) PCR instruments. The software runs on PREEMPT_RT Linux and interfaces directly with custom electronics and sensors. Minimum working capacity is 50% and maximum 80% (100% possible if open to further activities in software development or other activities if no software development background).
