As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Kaiseraugst , we are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Logistics Manager for a temporary assignment of 12 months, with high probability of extension. Tasks & Responsibilities Ensure global market supply to third party customers on time in full at the right quality and cost Partner with different interfaces for upstream replenishment coordination from central packaging Continuously improve the cost-to-serve-model (incl. KPI metrics). Leverage data for decision making by using analytics, simulation tools and customer insights Drive efficiency through identifying value-adding and productivity-enhancing opportunities through technology and data Collaborate with different functions in the markets to understand the changes which may impact supply to the country and align with planning functions to adjust the Replenishment Plan Ensure appropriate supply chain set-up (incl. master data) Must Haves Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent specialized training). Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management and Operations within the pharmaceutical industry. SAP, Microsoft Office, and familiar with AI-driven supply chain tools/analytics. Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
