Drive Procurement Excellence in a Global Pharma Manufacturing Environment Are you a procuerement professional with strong sourcing and negotation management skills? For our client we are seeking a Delivery/ Sourcing Manager to lead procurement activities across a designated manufacturing network. In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner to operations, ensuring efficient sourcing, supplier management, and execution of procurement strategies that suppor tbusiness objectives. Responsibilities Act as the primary procurement partner for manufacturing sites and operational stakeholders Execute procurement and sourcing activities in alignment with category strategies Manage supplier relationships, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, performance reviews, and issue resolution Lead RFx processes, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards and support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives related to suppliers Collaborte with Category Managers to implement strategic sourcing initiatives Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives Profile University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, or a related field several years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Catagory Management, or Supply Chain Procurement Strong negotition and contract management skills Experience working in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or similar is highly desirable Experience with ERP systms (ideally SAP) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communications skills, fluent in English, German is an advantage Benefits Opportunity to work in a global and highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment Strategic role with high visibility across procurement and operations Temporary assignment for 1 year with the option for extension or permanent employment Online document management and administrative processes Attractive social benefits, including participation in our own pension fund Exclusive Adecco Benefits Program with discounts from selected partners, including telecommunications, travel, hotel bookings, car rentals, etc. Dedicated support from your Adecco recruitment team thoughout the assigment Contact information In case of any doubt on this vacancy (ref.: JN -092026-1173329), please contact Andrina Stäubli at .
