Business Analyst - Process Optimisation & Operations 2 month contract | Geneva, Switzerland We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business transformation and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities Analyse and optimise business processes Gather and document business requirements Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives Support change management and user adoption activities Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables Profile Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Process Improvement Analyst Strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills Experience with business transformation or operational excellence initiatives Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience supporting UAT and change management activities What‘s on Offer High-impact transformation programme International and collaborative environment Hybrid working model Contract opportunity with potential extension Applicants must hold a valid Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU passport.
