Key Responsibilities Lead Digital Workplace strategy and user adoption initiatives Drive Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Copilot engagement Manage digital transformation and change management projects Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver workplace solutions Promote governance, continuous improvement and best practices Requirements 6+ years‘ experience in Digital Workplace or Microsoft 365 leadership Strong background in user adoption, change management and project delivery Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent English required; French is a plus This is an excellent opportunity to shape the future of workplace technology within a dynamic international environment.
