Location: Zurich Start date: As soon as possible - 15.11.2026 Duration: until 31.01.2027 - with possibility of extension Responsabilities: Analyse the current CoI Register process and identify opportunities for automation Explore and assess solution options for an automated IT workflow, on Flowable or ServiceNow Gather and document business requirements together with the framework owner Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications Align stakeholders from Compliance, Business and IT on scope, priorities and approach Prepare recommendations and documentation to support decision-making Your Profile: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a compliance or regulatory environment Strong track record in gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements Technical understanding of IT workflow and process automation solutions Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
